Casas de Porto Bom are the result of the careful restoration of two rustic houses, in the heart of the rural settlement of Porto Bom, in the municipality of Ponte da Barca, at the top of the Boalhosa mountain.
The two houses (Casa do Lagar and Casa do Padre) are totally independent and have been restored keeping the typical traces of the region but endowing them with the modern comfort conditions.
Casa do Lagar offers two double rooms, both with private bathroom, a living room with fireplace and kitchen and an outdoor space from where you can contemplate the beauty of the surrounding area.
Casa do Padre was once the residence of the local parish priest and now offers guests four rooms, a living room with fireplace, a complete kitchen and a small private outdoor space.
Casas de Porto Bom offers to its guests air-conditioning and Wi-Fi.
The rural settlement of Porto Bom is a granite agglomerate surrounded by old oak trees where Garranos horses walk in freedom, and which still retains many of the old agricultural and pastoral traditions typical of the mountain villages of the Minho.
