Casa dos Matos is a converted country house that maintains its architecture and some elements of its origins, such as the oven and the water storage. The 8 bedrooms around the pool with a view to the mountain range where made to give you maximum comfort. A grass field, a porch and a spacious living room with a fireplace are all part of the Casa dos Matos.
Casa dos Matos is more than the sum of its parts, just 15km from Fátima, it has a wide range of activities for its guests. From simple bike rides, or foot walks, we even have paraglider lessons, from donkey rides, horse rides or even balloon rides, massages to help to relax and shiatsu, mountain climbing or speleology, these activities are part of a wide selection of occupations and are just a part of what can make the unforgettable days.
Surprises start first thing in the morning with a wonderful breakfast with fresh chicken eggs, homemade bread in a traditional oven, farm milk and homemade jams. At Casa dos Matos light meals are served upon request at any time of the day. Here you can also dine and enjoy flavours and smells that are worth discovering. Casa dos Matos is the result of a dream of its owners Rui and Rita Anastácio, that devote themselves body and soul, to make your stay an unforgettable experience.
