If you prefer meat, we give you a country-wide suggestion: try cozido à portuguesa (Portuguese stew), it has many meats, vegetables, and several local sausages, all mixed in a delicious meal. Be it veal, pork or mutton we have excellent DOP meats from North to South of the country. And we cannot forget the many fruits and vegetables that have that traditional taste, some of them with DOP origins, because many of them have from biological origins.
